If you are not interested, fine, but your life will just that much less enriched. Think about it while you make this easy appetizer.

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½  cup finely chopped walnuts, pecans or pistachios

1. Combine the cheeses well and form them into a ball.

2. Place the nuts on a pie plate. Roll the cheeseball in the nuts until it’s completely covered.

3. Chill the cheeseball until a half hour before serving time. Place the cheeseball on a platter and serve it with crackers, or throw at your no good husband.

Serves 8.

I always put a dash of Liquid Smoke in my cream cheese for flavor. It’s awesome.
